Order Processing Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically arrives within [3–7] business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary by location, typically [7–21] business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items ship by the estimated date noted on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships together once all pieces are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Tracking & Delays Once shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. While delays are rare, Ashh is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your tracking hasn't updated within [7] business days, reach out and we'll help.

Lost or Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
